Room 2 is a quad family room. This room has a double bed and bunk beds. The room comes complete with en suite facilities. This room is sought after as not many bed and breakfast or guest houses in Southport are able to offer a room that can accommodate a family.

The room is located on the first floor with only about 10 or 12 stairs to climb to get to the room.

The bedroom is equipped with LCD TV complete with freeview, wardrobe and draw set, tea and coffee making facilities and hospitality tray which comes stacked with tea bags, coffee, sugar sticks and milk portions.

The En suite in the room has a toilet, wash hand basin and a shower.
